About Us

Daily Fresh Manna baker and founder, Ketheesan Mahendrarajah is Sri Lankan-American, with 15 plus years of experience in French-American baking. Keethesan takes pride in having worked at amazing bakeries, known for quality products such as Food Attitude, Ruby et Violette, Cannelle Patisserie NY, Sugar and Plumm, Sheraton-New York Times Square and Lotte New York Palace. Throughout these experiences, he learned to maintain the high quality of the baked goods, along with a few other culinary tricks.

It has been a dream for years to bring his own passion and tastes to his creations, and to share them in the Fair Lawn community, among family and friends. After years of being his ‘extended’ family’s ‘special occasions baker’, Ketheesan is thrilled at the chance to grow this family and become yours!

The name Daily Fresh Manna was inspired by how God provided food to his people in the wilderness. Manna means heavenly food, angel food or food dipped in honey. While Ketheesan values humility, his family and friends are more than happy to share the word, (if not his treats)! Daily Fresh Manna has delicious, edible art and incredible, Ceylon savory treats!
